Animal 2023 [Hindi]

Animal is a 2023 Action drama film written and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga in the hindi Language and has received good reception from the audience as well as the critics. The movie which encapsulates explicit physical and emotional manifestations of psychology explores the dark domain of a disturbed man and his conflicts. 

The central character in Animal is Ranbir Kapoor, and he has really brought his best and probably the best performance of his career. He does an exceptionally excellent job of playing a heartless and finalised son of the house. The film is indeed a psychological thriller that deals with the character’s ill-bodied mind and an innate sense of fear and vengeance. 

Anil Kapoor in a very important role shares a good off shooting/off screen chemistry with Ranbir Kapoor. Their performance of a materialistic industrialist and his complex son serves as the film’s passion. Bobby also has a good performance which gives good dimension to the film. 

 Kannada star Rashmika Mandanna has specific dynamics that are quite alluring and Triptii Dimri as the other female protagonist steps into the picture with a different kind of power. Their characters act as a device in helping the protagonist go through the different emotions depicted. 

Animal is a style show in terms of its visual drama and physical dynamism and the setup of the fight scenes is excellent. The darkness of loosing one’s employees in a horrific shooting, intertwines very well with the darkness of the movie, making the film extremely strong and stylish. The music score, created by a group of successful composers, enhances the viewers’ experience with the depth of emotions. 

Analyzing their merits and demerits, it is undeniable that facing such response, the film has achieved recognition. Animal as a film is raw and provocative, possibly a new trendsetter in Indian cinema that reinvents the wheels. It has raised issues to do with male identity, and domesticity and forcefulness. 

Thus, Animal is a movie which will not leave the viewers indifferent. It is the kind of movie that stays with the viewer, or with at least this viewer, even after the end credits have rolled. Regardless of if people like it or not, it can be said that it is a movie people will remember.
